Return Policy

At HUMARIFF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a ready-to-wear item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In its original HUMARIFF packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces — all bespoke items are final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Intimate apparel and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during final sale or special promotions (unless otherwise stated)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
  4. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

  • Dubai: We offer complimentary return pickup for orders within Dubai.
  • UAE and International: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns. If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a full refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
