HUMARIFF Fashion Designing (Trade License No. 814834) is registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its office at Office 108, Block Fathi Jaber Ibrahim, Burdj, Al Khaleej Al Tejari, Burj Khalifa, Dubai, UAE.
2. Products and Pricing
- All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
- Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is final.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Due to the nature of haute couture, minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur.
3. Orders and Payment
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards through our secure payment partner, Stripe.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
- For custom and made-to-order pieces, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
4. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
HUMARIFF specializes in haute couture and bespoke fashion. Please note:
- Custom items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Production times for custom pieces will be communicated at the time of order.
- Modifications to custom orders may incur additional charges.
- Cancellation of custom orders is only possible before production begins.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of HUMARIFF Fashion Designing and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.
6. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, HUMARIFF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific product purchased.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
